1. Return Policy
A. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✔ Returned within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Digital products (event tickets, gift cards, downloadable content)
❌ Sale or clearance items (final sale)
❌ Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
B. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email [your email] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2️⃣ Receive Return Label – If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (return shipping costs may apply).
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided label.
4️⃣ Return Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return within 5-7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
A. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for:
✔ Approved returns (following our return policy above).
✔ Orders canceled before they are processed/shipped.
✔ Items that arrived defective or damaged (with proof of damage).
B. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you paid via gift card or store credit, you will receive store credit instead of a cash refund.
🚨 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider. If issues persist, contact us at [your email].
3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please:
1️⃣ Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
2️⃣ We will send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement once we receive the defective item.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping costs.
If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Before Processing: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After Processing/Shipped: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, but you can initiate a return upon receipt.
