At The Authentic You, we work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners to handle shipping and storage of our merchandise. Please review the following policy regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.

1. Items Allowed for Shipment

We currently ship only the following types of items:
✔ Dance apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, leggings, etc.)
✔ Footwear (dance shoes)
✔ Accessories (water bottles, bags, hats, etc.)
✔ Event tickets (digital delivery only)

🚫 We do not ship:
❌ Perishable goods
❌ Hazardous materials
❌ Custom-made or personalized items (unless otherwise stated)

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you before processing your order.

2. Shipping Regions & Availability

We currently ship to:
📦 United States (All 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii)
📦 Canada (Standard shipping rates apply)

🚫 We do not ship internationally outside the U.S. and Canada at this time.

3. Terms of Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

• Third-Party Shipping Providers: We partner with [Shipping Company Name(s)] (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) to handle deliveries.

• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

📢 Important: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Estimated Shipping Time & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

A. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Expedited Shipping - 2-3 business days - $12.99

Overnight Shipping - 1 business day- $24.99

B. Canada Shipping

Expedited Shipping - 3-5 business days - $29.99

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

A. Return Eligibility

✔ Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
✔ A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Digital products (event tickets, gift cards)
❌ Sale items (final sale)
❌ Worn or damaged items

B. How to Return an Item

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email: StPeteZoukRebellion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Label – If eligible, we will provide a return shipping label (return shipping costs may apply).
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

💰 Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the item was a gift, you may receive store credit instead.

C. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Storage & Inventory Management

Since we use a third-party fulfillment provider, our inventory is stored off-site. This means:
✅ Orders are automatically fulfilled and shipped from our partner’s warehouse.
✅ We do not offer local pickup at our studio.
✅ Items may arrive in separate shipments if fulfilled from different locations.
