Brazilian Zouk Class & Social Event. We specialize in Brazilian Zouk & Lambada a dance that combines slow rhythms, cosmic movements, and breath work throughout the dance. Overall, Brazilian Zouk music is characterized by its slower tempo, emphasis on rhythm, and emotional, sensual flow

Typically a blend of R&B, Slow rhythms and blues —creating a smooth, relaxed atmosphere that promotes emotional and physical connection
Music and Songs: We Incorporate music and songs with elevated values. Lyrics inspire positivity, love, and introspection, while melodic structures that encourage deep relaxation.

Aromatherapy: to enhance the healing and dancing experience. We use natural aromas to create an uplifting environment:

We provide Sound healing that uses specific frequencies to promote peace and well-being. In this class, participants are immersed in sounds designed to elevate the soul:
Instruments: We use traditional instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These produce unique frequencies that resonate with the body's energy centers.

Guided Meditation: We offer guided meditations that focus on deep breathing and mindfulness, allowing participants to release tension and embrace inner peace.
Aromatherapy: to enhance the healing experience. We use natural aromas to create an uplifting environment:

Essential Oils: Diffuse essential oils like lavender, eucalyptus, and sandalwood. These oils have calming and invigorating properties that support emotional balance.
Herbal Incense: Burn herbal incense to cleanse the space and promote a sense of spiritual purity and clarity.
